Out Story

Y3PL Warehouse Management System is designed by 3PL owners and operation managers, tested in real 3PL warehouses, approved by real warehouse shippers and receivers, and crafted using leading technology. We take feedbacks directly from warehouse operators and managers, and continue improving our 3PL software. We integrate real life order fulfillment and technology to provide you a simple but powerful solution to manage your 3PL warehouse inventory, billing and operations. Our 3PL software is designed for small to medium sized pick and pack warehouses and order fulfillment centers.

We convert the best inventory management practises and warehousing and fulfillment practises into computer programming. With this in mind, we created Y3PL to help your business achieving the next level.

Y3PL version 1.0 was created for a Canadian 3PL company in early 2015. Our client soon abandoned their old warehouse management system and migrated all customers to Y3PL in less than two month of using Y3PL. Y3PL version 1.0 was shipped with ShipStation integration for order shipping solution and Transaction Pro for QuickBook. Over the next two years, we continue improving our 3PL system and adding integration partners.

  • ShipStation two-way synchronization to exchange data with ShipStation
  • DropBox integration for file storage
  • E-Commerce integration for Shopping Carts
  • TradeGecko integration for distributors and retailers
  • Android and iOS App for managing shipping, receiving and put-away

We keep everything as simple as possible for your warehouse staff. Being a start up or fast growing 3PL company, you should not waste time on training your employees how to use your software. "It's like using Gmail" - this is the response we received from most of our users.

We also keep your cost simple by just one monthly price. We take business transparency seriously. You pay one monthly fee, and you get all Y3PL software features and all features that will be added. We will always say NO to all of the following hidden costs, which you may have encountered during your software shopping.

  • Set up and training
  • Long term commitment
  • Add-on "modules", "packages" and "premium support"
